Information you share

When you join the route, we collect the phone number and city you provide, along with your consent. If you create an account, we collect your email and the releases you save as favorites. If you RSVP to a future city stop, your city interest is recorded.

How it's used

We use your information to keep you updated about RW 5ive tour dates and releases, manage your account, and understand which cities fans want to see. Site activity such as page visits, QR scans and outbound link clicks helps measure the reach of the site. A session identifier helps count media interactions without requiring an account.

Text messages

By checking the consent box and submitting your phone number, you agree to receive SMS updates about RW 5ive tour dates and releases. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Messaging will only begin once a compliant sending service is configured.

Services

Account and fan data are stored using Lovable Cloud. Store orders and checkout are handled by Shopify, subject to its own privacy practices. When connected, approved content and fan signups may be shared with the TIG Hub. Music and social links take you to third-party services with their own policies. Advertising pixels are not enabled without their IDs.
